Planning leads by trade
Each trade below is a saved search you can apply in one click and then edit. The numbers beside it are counted from our own rows on 24 August 2026 — not from a brochure, and not rounded up.

Trades we are not selling, and the numbers that say why
A trade gets a page here when the search returns at least 1,000 applications in 90 days and reaches 20 in at least 10% of the councils we collect. Two numbers, because one of them lies on its own: solar clears the national volume and has never cleared 20 in a single council, so a page built on the national total would promise something that becomes nothing wherever you actually work.
- Shopfitters and commercial contractors 2,688 in 90 days — spread — 20+ in 23 councils, needs 35
- Solar and renewables installers 1,358 in 90 days — spread — 20+ in 3 councils, needs 35
- Party wall surveyors 426 in 90 days — volume — 426 in 90 days, needs 1000; spread — 20+ in 4 councils, needs 35
- Kitchen and bathroom fitters 380 in 90 days — volume — 380 in 90 days, needs 1000; spread — 20+ in 0 councils, needs 35
Those pages still resolve, still print the real figures and still point at the search that does work for that trade. Each one turns itself on the day its numbers clear the bar. Measured
Every trade search is in the one plan
There are no per-trade packs and no add-ons. A free account searches every council we cover and posts a letter for £1.45; £39 a month adds the applicants' names and addresses with 30 letters included, then £1.20 each.
