The logo

Teal is the logo. White is for teal and dark backgrounds. Black is for one-colour printing — a stamp, an engraving, a fax.

The mark is a postmark: the cancellation ring a letter gets on its way, with a house inside it and a tick cut out of the wall. A planning application that has been granted, in one shape.

Using it

Clear space. Keep half the mark's height clear on all four sides. If the postmark is 40px tall, nothing comes within 20px.
Minimum size. 120px wide for the horizontal lockup, 24px for the mark alone. Below that the tick fills in — the 16px favicon shows the house alone, by design.
The name is one word to a reader. Just Granted never breaks across two lines.
Please don't recolour it, stretch it, rotate it, add a shadow or an outline, put the teal logo on a dark background, or retype the name next to the mark instead of using the lockup.
Type. The wordmark is outlined Inter Display SemiBold (SIL Open Font License). You do not need the font to use these files — the letters are shapes, not text.

Individual files

SVG for anything that scales or prints; PNG only where SVG is not accepted. PNGs are on transparent backgrounds, so the white ones look blank in a file browser — that is correct.
